General
The buyer has 7 days to return the item (the buyer pays shipping fees). This will be determined by the post-marked date.
manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for GiffyShop.com to process your
RMA. All items sold through eBay are also subject to GiffyShop's Policy and Agreement.
Physically (internally and externally) damaged items cannot be returned. Be careful not to accept items that were
damaged during shipping. Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically
void your GiffyShop Return Policy. Do not return products with a missing, damaged or altered serial number; GiffyShop
will refused RMA service.
RMA Refund
An RMA refund is a request for a refund of the purchase price. If the product the buyer wishes to return is defective, the
buyer may only request an RMA repair. If the buyer is unable to select Refund as the RMA type, it is because the product
is either ineligible for refund or is beyond the allowed timeframe for a refund. New items that have been opened are not
eligible for an RMA, unless there is a manufacturer's defect. All approved returns for a refund are subject to a 15%
restocking fee. Items bought at the original starting bid are not available for an RMA Refund. No exceptions.
RMA Replacement
If you receive a defective item and would like to exchange it for a replacement of the same make and model, the buyer is
eligible for an RMA Replacement unless the item is out of stock. In which case, the buyer is eligible for an RMA Refund
with no restocking fee.
Shipping
GiffyShop will ship only to confirmed addresses. It is easy to confirm a buyer's address:
- Add a credit card to their PayPal account. PayPal will confirm the credit card billing address (the address where you
receive your credit card statement).
- Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit. If they're approved, the address on your application will be a confirmed address.
- Alternate address confirmation. This process takes several days and is only available for U.S. accounts. To learn
