The student and parent, or legal guardian' release Bolero Guitar Resources, its administration, and
instructors from any cost, or expenses sustained due to injury during lesson time within the studio
premises or personal practice time in the studio or at home. The student and parent, or legal
guardian, is solely responsible for injuries sustained outside of the studio premises of Bolero Guitar
Resources.

Bolero Guitar Resources will conduct business fairly and legally.  The safety of students is of  
paramount importance.  We will do all that is in our power to ensure the safety of all students and
instructors.  We reserve the right to dismiss a student due to non-compliance to safety guidelines
and when we determine that either the student or the instructor is at risk of being hurt.
